If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we'll do our best to help.

Returns
For UK orders you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it and for International orders it is 21 calendar days. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new. The item must be in the original packaging, unopened and you'll need the receipt/proof of purchase. Furthermore, we require a tracking number and proof of delivery when you return the item in order to be able to process your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we'll check it out and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You'll then receive your money back within 3 working days.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.

Non-Delivery Of Items
If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:

Address incomplete or inaccessible

Addressee gone away

Parcel not called for
Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned. Both options will be subject to postage fees.

Any Other Issues
If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days for UK orders and 21 calendar days for International orders from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Can I track my order?
Yes you can! Tracking numbers are sent out once orders have been dispatched.
How long do orders take to be dispatched?
Orders are processed Tuesday - Sunday within 1-2 days with EVRI At this point, tracking numbers are sent out so you can see where your order is at any given time.
What if my shipping address is wrong?
Please email us as soon as possible at management@kzorganics.com If the item has not already been packed or shipped, we can amend the shipping address for you.
Important Information
Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, there will be an additional waiting period and charge. We do our best to check your details are correct upon shipping.

If you are a buyer outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are issued once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you as we have no control over these charges.

Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. When you order from KZ Organics you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
